Customers Fault Description : Left on top of fire and back has melted 😭 but works with bands around it
This gas fire control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly deformed back and battery cover due to melting.
A replacement case and battery cover was fitted and on testing the remote was confirmed to be functioning as normal.
