Customer's Fault Description
Client has a Dru has fire that won’t work. Suspected battery supply fault. Brand new batteries fitted but no response. Does very occasionally work after repeatedly removing and refitting the batteries in the receiver
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the battery compartment in the receiver was showing signs of a battery leak, this leak had sadly traversed onto the main PCB around one chi in particular.
The print was cleaned up and a replacement battery block fitted but when tested the item remained dead.
Sadly due to the damage a repair is not possible.
