1) on off switch is vague so that it sometimes doesn’t switch off and the battery goes flat. 2) I have hence been removing the battery from the connector. Now the unit will not work with the battery installed in the battery compartment but can be made to work with the battery outside. So replacement switch and battery connector please.

 

This Royal caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have intermittent power.

This was found to be a faulty battery cable.  A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
