Customers Fault Description : Was working fine then only intermittently, then stopped altogether, now light won’t even come on to say it’s ready
This caravan mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
The issue was that the battery cable was faulty as well as the red LED, both were replaced which restored full functionality.
