Customers Fault Description : Fallen from A-frame onto road now no light or action fitted new batteries.
This caravan mover remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmednot to be turning on using it power switch.
The item was cut open and the issue was found to be due to a broken switch shaft. A replacement switch was fitted which restored full functionality.
