Customers Fault Description : A lot of the buttons either require a hard press to send an IR signal or don't seem to work at all
This marantz remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have some buttons having poor response. This was found to be due to contamination in the control. The board was cleaned up and the button pads which restored full functionality.
