Customers Fault Description : Not working no response from tv
This bathroom tv controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have many buttons not functioning.
On opening the issue was found to be due to bad print corrosion due to water contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
Please note that this remote is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
