All buttons have stopped working (tried numerous battery changes but still no joy)

 

This bathroom television controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be sending an erratic signal on every button press.

When opened the issue was found to be caused by a broken solder joint on the oscillator.  This was resoldered back into place which restored full functionality.

Please note that this control is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
