Customers Fault Description : No Functions at all.
This audio system controller arrived safely and on inspection the IR cover was cracked and had been glued back together, this is a tell tale sign that the remote was at some point dropped.
On testing the item was totally dead. when opened the issue was related to the dropping, the IR Led had a cracked joint on one of its pins, the print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
