The up and down plus side controls by Ok button have lost their flex and only partially operate, especially the down botton

 

This home cinema surround sound system controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a faulty directional button array.

This was due to contamination around the assembly, this was all cleaned up and full functionality was restored.
