Receiver unit does not respond to commands from remote. Indicator lights operate ok on remote. New batteries tried without any change

 

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found to not be transmitting.

The issue was due to a faulty US transducer in the remote itself, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
