Customers Fault Description : Remote infrared stopped working
This bathroom TV remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding on any button press.
On opening there were various points of corrosion due to water damage. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
Please note that this remote is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
