Customer's Fault Description
LED HAS STOPPED WORKING, SO CANT SEE DISPLAY SCREEN.

 

Tihs DVD sound system remote arrived safely and on testing the display illumination was not working.

When openend there was a crack found on the top left of the screen.

The LEDs were tested and were found to be dislodged from the PCB.  They were re-seated but sadly this did not repair the fault.  A voltage test revealed that the supply voltage was missing.  This unfortunately was traced back as far as possible but could not be found.  This has sadly meant that a repair is not possible.
