Customer's Fault Description
LED doesn’t light up and doesn’t open the garage door.

 

This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from its button press.

On opening there were 2 issues, the first main problem was the LED was faulty, this was replaced which restored full functionality.

The other issue was that the battery cable had signs of battery corrosion, this was replaced as a precaution.
