Concern for Comfort Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No 1 button stopped working first then it packed up completely. I changed the battery but it made no difference. I am very keen to have this repaired.
This adjustable bed controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive buttons.
On opening there was a mass of contamination over the effected buttons, this was cleaned up which restored full functionality.
