Customer's Fault Description
I dropped the keys to which this was attached and now it doesn't work at all. The left button should open and close the garage door.

 

This keyfob controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was confirmed to be dead.  A component test was carried out but the reason for the issue could not be pin pointed.  Due to the lack of schematic information a repair is not possible.  

On doing a quick internet search a possible replacement has been located here!
