Concern for Comfort Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Up button difficult to work. Contacts for battery loose.
This bed control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have poorly responding buttons.
On opening the issue was found to be due to contaminated button pads. These were cleaned up which restored full functionality.
The battery terminal was also glued into place.
