Customers Fault Description : 9v PP9 Battery connections pulled off during use and possibly shorted the controller. Not functioning at all
This caravan mover control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was broken, this was replaced but an issue still remained.
This was found to be due to a diode that had blown. This was replaced which restored full functionality.
