Customers Fault Description : Normally when start-up button is pressed, the light comes on to indicate ready for use. This is not working. I put in a new battery and cleaned the terminals but no change.The unit has no effect either with the start light off.
This motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
