Customers Fault Description : The wires came off the battery pack, but worked while touching it to the battery, After trying to reattach myself, the main light isn't coming on so presume its not working
This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on inspection had a badly damaged battery clip / cable.
This was replaced which restored normal functionality.
