Customers Fault Description : Remote is no longer pairing with control unit but works fine with a 3.5mm cable.
This motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was found to have its corresponding RF signal, as per normal operation.
The control was opened to see if there was a reason for a intermittent issue but again no problem could be replicated.
