Customers Fault Description : No response with new battery
This Telestyreisen garage controller arrived safely and on inspection the button cap was not in place (it was found inside), also the casing had signs of alteration around the button cap.
When adding a power source the remote did not respond. This was due to both a faulty battery cable and button, both were replaced.
