Customers Fault Description : The flame up button doesn’t work at all And the flame down is temperamental
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the battery block in the receiver was badly corroded due to a battery leakage.
This battery block was replaced as well as a rectifying diode which restored full functionality.
