Customers Fault Description : only top two buttons work
This garage remote arrived safely and on inspection the control was coming aparts, one button was trapped inwards and the IR and battery covers were missing.
On testing the top 2 rows were intermittently responding. This was found to be due to contaminated / worn button contacts. These were cleaned up and recoated with conductive paint.
