Customers Fault Description : on/off button never works, buttons 2, 3 and 6 sometimes don't work, don't use the others. Volume and mute ok
This control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various buttons non responsive.
On opening there was a small mass of contamination shorting the contacts around the power button (see image). This was cleaned up which restored full functionality to all buttons.
