Customers Fault Description : on button not bringing on light to start operation of movers
This caravan mover control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover does not click into position (this doesn't effect functionality)
On adding a power source the control was confirmed not to be responding from its power double press.
On opening it was found that the battery cable had been replaced but unfortunately part of the print near the negative solder point was open circuit. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
