Customers Fault Description : Intermittent failure of buttons
This Legends Fire controller arrived safely and on inspection the back of the remote was cracked (see image), this was glued back together.
When tested the buttons were confirmed to be intermittent / unresponsive.
All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
