Customers Fault Description : Controller not working at all
This KS Soundbar control arrived safely and on inspection there was a hole in the facia and PCB. When tested the item was confirmed to be dead.
When opened the extent of the damage was found to be a hole that had made a number of tracks open circuit. The print was reworked and glue used to reinforce the holed area. This restored full functionality.
