Customers Fault Description : Volume buttons do not work, please check all others - thanks
This AV Amplifier control arrived safely and on testing the volume buttons were confirmed to be non responsive.
When opened the issue was found to be contamination over the PCB near the volume array. This was cleaned up which restored full functionality.
