Customer's Fault Description
Receiver does not seem to receive signa trom transmitter. <br /> Transmitter flashes red at time of transmission, receiver does not receive the Ultra sound message and does not flash. But, on moving, taking out or inputting a battery into the receiver box the receiver red light flashes. Possible poor connection within the receiver box?

 

This control and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non transmitting controller.  This was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer in the handset.  This was replaced which restored full functionality.
