Customer's Fault Description
The receiver does not respond when pressing either the up or down button on the remote.

 

This fire controller arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting on either channel, this was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer.  A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
