Customers Fault Description : Remote was dropped and now won't switch on, light rattle when shaken
This Bellfires remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed dead and a transistor was found detached from the PCB.
The facia was peeled back and opened and then the transistor was refitted which restored full functionality.
