Customers Fault Description : One controller works intermittently and other is missing a button and battery link is not original thank you
These two Dometic remotes arrived safely and on testing one was sporadic in functionality. This was due to a disconnected battery terminal wire (see image) this was resoldered back into place which restored normal functionality.
The second control was missing a button, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
