Customers Fault Description : The remote has stopped responding and the tv can’t be switched on or off the battery has been replaced
This waterproof bathroom television remote control arrived safely and on testing some buttons were non responsive.
When opened the issue was due to corrosion points in the print caused by water contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
Please note that this remote is not waterproof and care must be taken to prevent future damage.
