Humax Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Humax
Customers Fault Description : "STB" and "TV" buttons are intermittent.
This freesat HD Set top box controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish response from the STB and TV buttons.
On opening there was a mass of contamination over the problematic buttons (see image). This was cleaned up using alcohol and also the keypad was washed down, this restored normal functionality.
