Customers Fault Description : THE LEAD THAT THE BATTERY CONNECTS TO IS DAMAGED
This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was broken and the battery cable was also broken, the cable was replaced and also all four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
