Customer's Fault Description
No apparent interaction with the Rollertec switch. We have 2 other remotes which do work, so the fault is within the remote. Battery has been changed and red light activated on the remote when buttons pushed.

 

This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was not sending a RF signal on any button press.

When opened the issue was found to be a component that had broken away from the PCB.  This was soldered back into place which restored the RF signal.
