Pressing the two 'ON' buttons doesn't switch the remote on

 

This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.  A component test was carried out but sadly the issue was concluded to be with the main IC.  Sadly this IC is not available as a spare (blank ICs are available but they canoot be programmed using the original coding)

Sadly this has deemed a repair not possible.
