Customers Fault Description : No buttons on remote work some was but none at all now
This Musical Fidelity remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening this was found to be due to worn button contacts on numerous buttons, these were recapped which restored functionality. The battery terminals were also reseated correctly.
