Customers Fault Description : The top green button (up arrow) is not working, no red light coming on. The other green and red buttons are responding
This garage door keyfob controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a top button fault. This button would not respond. The issue was due to a worn print track, this was cleaned and retinted which restored full functionality.
