Customer's Fault Description
No buttons work however can see LED light through camera, no obvious damage. Used another remote as I have two systems and that seems to work, spoke to Martin and he suspects an Oscillator.
This DTS sound system control arrived safely and on testing most buttons were found to be transmitting, the "Balance", "Delay" and "ProLogic" buttons were not responding.
The Oscillator was replaced and the reason for the trio of buttons not working was due to a poor solder joint on the main IC, this could also have been the main issue with an erroneous signal being emitted.
All buttons now transmit as normal, the customer is requested to test the handset out full on receipt.
