Customers Fault Description : WILL INCREASE FLAME BUT NOT DECREASE
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be working on both up and down channels as per normal.
The item was opened to test for any intermittent issues but no fault could be replicated.
The issue is therefore concluded to be with the receiver itself.
