Customers Fault Description : The remote sometimes shows a picture but doesn’t connect to the chair, hasn’t worked properly for a few months, the chair can be used without it but hardly any programs are available without the remote.
This massage chair remote arrived safely and on inspection one of the battery terminals had signs of a battery leakage. This was cleaned up which restored normal power. Two aerial extensions were added internally and the remote is required to be testing with the receiver upon its return (It may need re-pairing with its chair)
