Customer's Fault Description
Redgreen led lights working but no IR signal transmitting. I noticed you repaired the same remote in 2015 with exactly the same issues. Hopefully mine can also be repaired. Job Timeline (Ref 1159-1390)

 

This Teac remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button.

This was due to a faulty IR LED, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
