Forward and reverse buttons do not function correctly

 

This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive buttons (forward and reverse) 

When opened the button caps had warped meaning they were no longer "springing", these were replaced and full functionality was restored.

 The back of the remote has some warping near the battery cover making the covers fit not perfect, replacement cases cant be supplied and functionality will not be affected.
