Customers Fault Description : Wires have become detached from remote point
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection the IR Cover and battery cover were missing and also the cable was badly damaged at the remote entry end.
The cable was cut back a few inches to bypass any breaks. The IR and battery cover were also replaced and the missing screws were also replaced.
