But I can't change the number on the front, nothing seems to change/work
This Gloworm remote arrived safely and on adding a power source was confirmed to go into the service menu after a few seconds.
On opening hte issue was found to be due to contamination over the menu button, effectively shorting it. The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
