Front screen error message: <br /><br /> Installer menu access <br />Access Code: 0 <br /><br /> But I can't change the number on the front, nothing seems to change/work

 

This Gloworm remote arrived safely and on adding a power source was confirmed to go into the service menu after a few seconds.

On opening hte issue was found to be due to contamination over the menu button, effectively shorting it.  The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
