VIBRADORM CRT/6-2-NL Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Bed up at top and bottom or both not working

 

This bed controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.

The battery compartment showed that the terminals needed bending back into place but this was not an issue, the item was opened to test for a problem but none could be replicated.

It may be possible that the mode switch in the battery compartment is in the wrong position, the customer is requested to change this switch position then retest with the bed.
