Customers Fault Description : Volume buttons up and down
This amplifier controller arrived safely and on on testing was confirmed to have volume and mute button faults.
On opening this was found to be due to contamination due to button decomposition. This as cleaned up and replacement conductive button caps were glued into place. Full functionality was restored.
