Dometic Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Dometic

Customers Fault Description : Batteries have been replaced but still not functioning - no red light showing when buttons are pressed

 

This motorhome rooflight control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.

The item was inspected internally but no fault could be replicated.  Please note that no red light is present on this remote, no visible light is emitted from this control which is normal.
